THE FABRIC MAKES THE FIT
At Pool House, fabric is never an afterthought. Every material we use is intentionally selected — or developed — to complement the silhouette and purpose of the garment.
For many of our T-shirts, that means substantial, heavyweight cottons with exceptional softness, density and texture. Our proprietary Loopweight™ and slub fabrics provide structure, allowing the garment to hold its shape and create the distinctive drape that defines the Pool House fit.
We also use lightweight and midweight cottons, linens and twills when the garment calls for greater breathability, movement and a more effortless drape. These fabrics deliver the same considered fit and premium feel in a lighter, more versatile form.
For our jeans and pants, we source equally intentional materials — from legendary Cone Denim to heavyweight Japanese selvedge — chosen for their character, durability and ability to fall cleanly on the body.
We consider every material’s weight, structure, softness, texture and drape. Whether dense and substantial or light and fluid, each is chosen for the specific way we want the garment to look, move and feel.
The result is more than a premium fabric. It’s the right fabric for the fit — because a great garment should feel every bit as good as it looks.
