Shipping & Delivery

  • Order processing: Most orders are typically shipped out from our warehouse within about 1–3 business days after you place an order.
  • Delivery times:
    • After shipping, standard delivery usually takes about 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service you choose at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Yes — we do ship internationally, and international shipping rates (including duties/taxes) are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our support to open a lost package claim — if approved, we will send a replacement.
